Stones Throw Now Open on the Northern End of Tampa’s Riverwalk in the Heights
Stones Throw to offer casual outdoor seafood and refreshing cocktails directly on Hillsborough River
Located directly on the Northern end of the Tampa Riverwalk, Stones Throw in The Heights, a 50-acre, 3.2 million-square-foot urban mixed-use development on the Hillsborough River, offers walk-up counter service for casual dining, a bar, live music and a front row view of the Hillsborough River.
Stones Throw, a modernized fast-casual hangout serves a short menu of simple fresh seafood. Patrons can expect fish sandwiches, tacos and bowls, lobster rolls, and a raw bar that cycles in a different selection of oysters weekly. The beverage program focuses on an array of clear spirits, refreshing cocktails and invigorating spritz’ perfect for sipping waterside. Beer and wine is also available. Stones Throw has walk-up counter service, a large viewing ledge overlooking the Riverwalk and Tampa’s Downtown skyline. Seating will be on a first come, first served basis.
Additionally, Urban Kai, an outdoor and water activity rental company, will be opening soon on the North side of the building facing Armature Works. Urban Kai will bring water activity rentals and a full line of accessories including apparel, footwear, paddle-boards and outdoor activity equipment. Visitors of Armature Works will soon be able to access the Hillsborough River through guided tours, paddle-boards and kayaks.
